Aniworld products are also available at selected stockist and different locations across the UK and other parts of the world. If you would like to find an Aniworld stockist near you please refer to our stockist page.

Why have you discontinued certain products?

A.

We are consistently working to improve and add new ranges to our lineup, so there comes a time when we have to unfortunately let go of the old and introduce the new. We generally discontinue a line if the popularity of the item is not to our customers preferences. We value each and every customer and product we produce, so if you contact us and we are able to custom make this again for you we will, please note that there would possibly be a small surcharge for this service.

What is your return and exchange policy

At Aniworld we operate a 14 days refund policy, so if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order or if you change your mind on any purchase you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund, providing that the product is undamaged and in its original condition. How can I check on my order?

You can check the status of your order online via the tracking number which was sent in your order confirmation email. All our orders that are shipped are tracked so, if you haven’t heard any word please feel free to contact the Aniworld Customer Care team on 0208 659 9694 or email us at sales@Aniworld.co.uk  Please don’t forget to have your order number at hand when making enquiries.

What if an item is out of stock or on backorder?

We generally restock all of our product lines when they are running low. However, on the rare occasion when an item is out of stock, we would expect to have the product back in stock with 7 days, you may still order and as soon as we have completed manufacturing your product we will send it out for delivery – this is known as backorder.

Do you ship to international locations?

A.

Yes we do. Simply checkout as usual and select your country, upon doing this, delivery to international locations will be calculated at the checkout.

How do you send items?

A.

We send our items within the UK by Royal Mail or another track-able courier service. Our next day delivery is via DHL at an extra charge specified at checkout. International shipping is by DHL and will be charged at the necessary rate.

What do you do with my credit card details?

Aniworld understand how important security is to our customers. We therefore only accept payment online via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account, you can pay through PayPal using your debit or credit card. PayPal uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security, and is one of the most trusted online payment systems. PayPal accepts VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and American Express. The payment will appear on your statement as our parent company Aniworld Ltd.

Our system operates so that once your payment has been processed and cleared we will then dispatch your item. Therefore, please ensure you have adequate funds in your account to cover the order. If we have a problem with your payment we will inform you either by email or telephone. It is recommended that you check your email often, and supply a telephone number we can contact you on easily if the order is urgent, as we may need to contact you before we can dispatch your order.
